My nose =[

So ,in my right nostril rcently, I noticed that the inner cartilidge is softening up, Im guessing from al lthe H I snort about 2 bags aday. Well more specificly the cut. Think theres anything else I should do other wise letting the body heal on its own? When I touch the spot, its very soft

If you're not ready to stop using, I'd either switch to pain pills with a high oral bioavailability, or start plugging your dope. But once you're filling a syringe with dope/water it's a slippery slope.

Yup, Yup I would would suggest a different M.O.A. for sure. You certianly wanna keep the use of your nose, not to mention your looks...
But stay away from that needle. If you gotta use H, plugging it is as close as banging it as you can get. Even better than snorting it anyway, so it's win, win.

All of the above about a different M.O.A besides I.V. - I would also maybe try and rinse my nose out with a saline solution after a days use.
